Erik worked with the Output Management team, responsible for developing and maintaining critical outbound channels. He quickly became the lead for one of the channels and played a key role in the migration to a new microservice-based architecture in Kubernetes. In this role, he took significant responsibility for design decisions, implementation, and supporting other teams on DevOps matters, establishing himself as a key figure in the technical ecosystem.
Highlights:
Backend development in C#/.NET & Java,
Microservices & containerized platforms,
CI/CD & System Integrations,
Infrastructure & DevOps,
SCRUM & Agile Processes
Care Instructions
NOTE: Erik Jergéus operates best in environments where clarity, curiosity, and technical rigor coexist.
• Provide well-structured domains and clear integration boundaries—unnecessary ambiguity may activate deep-dive investigations.
• Keep CI/CD pipelines clean; Erik instinctively optimizes them if they drift toward entropy.
• Offer access to metrics, logs, and infrastructure diagrams to maintain peak analytical throughput.
• Avoid long periods of isolation; knowledge sharing boosts performance and improves system reliability.
• Allow time for exploration of new tools and technologies—continuous learning strengthens architecture and reduces long-term risk.
• Compatible with containerized environments, distributed systems, and high-collaboration agile teams.
• Requires no supervision. Trust, transparency, and steady iteration yield the best results.
